    S.Vice President, GoodData
As Senior Vice President of Client Services at GoodData, Cliff spearheads client services, customer support, training and implementation teams. He is zealously focused on the success of all GoodData clients post contract signature. A Professional Service veteran, Cliff has 18 years of experience in the area of professional services and has a passion for using technology to solve business problems. Before GoodData, Cliff worked at CaseCentral, Oracle, Stellent and Viant.

    Peter Platzer
    CEO, Nanosatisfi
Peter is a high-energy physicist who spent time at CERN prior to attending Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.  Peter spent the last 10 years as a quantitative investment manager in New York City, including starting his own CTA. Looking to combine his science background and business acumen, Peter left Wall Street to pursue his passion for space commercialization and his interest in STEM education.
In 2012, while at the International Space University he conducted a global survey of space professionals on the future of the NanoSatisfi market and then spent the summer interning at the NASA Ames Research Center, analyzing how varying business models could leverage Nanosatellites to more effectively engage the DIY community and the public at large in space exploration. In April of 2012, together with 3 friends, he launched NanoSatisfi, a space based data platform (think iPhone + AppStore in space) . NanoSatisfi was a NASA/New Space Business Plan finalist and recently accepted an offer from a prestigious, hardware and space focused accelerator in San Francisco.

He has experience in core technology and product design and fifteen years in automotive industry as machine designer. He can create quick visual concepts and precise mechanical solutions. He’s always looking at the technology horizon for developments that could kill his idea or make it better.

Jai is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and advisor to several companies. He is currently the founder and CEO of ShopSocially (http://shopsocially.com), his fourth startup. ShopSocially is a social commerce platform for online retailers and is being used by dozens of top brands.
Jai has over 20 years of industry experience in new technology, Internet and business strategies and holds 16 patents. His prior work experience includes Obongo (Founder, acquired by AOL), AOL (Director of Product Marketing), AirTight Networks (Founder), ShopBig (VP Business Development) and iStrategyAdvisors (Founder, executive consultant). He is a frequent speaker and also organizes several technology conferences and events including TiEcon, the world’s largest conference for entrepreneurs.

    Martin Frid-Nielsen
    founder and Chief Executive Officer, Soonr
Martin Frid-Nielsen, founder and Chief Executive Officer at Soonr is a business software and Internet services veteran, has a proven track record of creating category-defining products for more than two decades.
His career began in the 1980s working on Borland’s flagship products Sidekick and Quattro Pro. While at Borland, Martin co-invented the original patent for syncing appointments between a device and a PC. Later he was the founding VP of Engineering at NetObjects, where he invented several key patents in the area of web authoring and web content management through the company’s flagship product Fusion. After the Enterprise group at NetObjects was acquired by Merant in 2001, Martin led Collage, Merant’s enterprise content management offering.
After Serena’s 2004 acquisition of Merant for about $400 Million, Martin founded Soonr with a vision to leverage the Internet to connect people and their data across any mobile device. Soonr has been granted several patents in the areas of mobile, cloud and sync. Martin is a named inventor on four U.S. Patents related to data synchronization and web authoring technologies.

    CEO, nanoLambda
nanoLambda is developing apollo™ , a noninvasive sensing platform for personal everyday life. Unlike conventional solutions, apollo™ sensor is an ultra compact spectrometer-on-a-chip ( < 5mm x 5mm x 5mm) and its cost is also affordable for most mobile and wearable devices, enabling variety of new personal everyday applications. The apollo™ can be used for non-invasive health monitoring, water/air quality monitoring and bio-chemical material detection, as well as accurate color measurement. Before founding nanoLambda in 2005, Bill worked for Samsung Electronics in Korea, and a start-up company, AcceLight Networks in Pittsburgh PA.

Romans is the founder and general partner of The Founders Club, a Silicon Valley based venture capital equity exchange fund and direct secondary fund that buys shares from founders and provides capital to departing entrepreneurs to exercise stock options. Romans is also the cofounder and co-chairman of Georgetown Alumni Angels. Romans brings 19 years of venture capital, entrepreneurial and high tech experience, previously a managing partner at Georgetown Venture Partners (GVP), managing director of Sentito Networks and founder & president of The Global TeleExchange (The GTX), where he personally raised $47m in VC funding. Romans is also the author of the forthcoming book VENTURE, The Inside Story of Venture Capital.
